How to request a return

STEP 1

Your order was confirmed and is on the way to your mentioned delivery address. A confirmation email was sent to your mentioned email address, see below example.

Click on View Your Order

STEP 2

You are now inside your order overview

Click on Return request

STEP 3

Login with the email address used for your order

Introduce your Email

Introduce the 6-digit code sent to your email address

STEP 4

Mention your reason and a note (optional)

Click on Request return

STEP 5

Your request will be forwarded to us for review

STEP 6

After our approval, you must send the product back to us.
