WHAT EMAILS WILL I RECEIVE FOR MY ORDER?
Typically, you’ll receive the following emails in regards to your order:
- Order confirmation email to acknowledge we have successfully received your order
- Shipping email containing your Track & Trace code
- Order delivered email to confirm the parcel has been delivered
In the case of a return, the following emails will be sent for your assurance:
- A cancellation request and confirmation email to confirm your order has been cancelled.
- Confirmation email once we have received your return at our warehouse and the refund has been authorized.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel orders, only within 30 minutes of placing the order.
- After successfully placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Order Number (e.g., Order SNK-1234).
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of purchase via Live Chat on our website, providing your Order Number.
- Our team will be happy to assist with the cancellation.
WHY IS MY ORDER CANCELED?
We are sorry to hear that your order is cancelled. It is very hard to define a specific reason why the order is cancelled. Under normal circumstances, if we initiate the cancellation of your order, we will provide you with the reason for the cancellation.
Otherwise we suggest you to re-order the items.
If your order is cancelled, we’ll of course pay you back the amount of the cancelled products.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PROCESSED?
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed successfully. Once you receive the shipment email your order has been processed successfully.
CAN MY ORDER BE MODIFIED?
After completing your online order, within 30 mins of purchase, you can let us know if you want the order to be canceled.
Then you can re-order it with the changes you want.
We can't offer the option to change e.g. amount of items, different size or color after the order was already confirmed.
